摘要
防舞动相间间隔棒作为一种抑制输电线路舞动的措施被广泛采用。但随着运行时间的推移,出现了与其连接的导线发生断线、导线断股及本身金具磨损等问题。针对两起断线事故及实际运行中出现的其他缺陷,从运行条件、断口特征、磨损情况等方面,进行了受力分析和理论论证。研究表明,部分防舞动相间间隔棒在设计理念、制造工艺及运行维护方面存在诸多不足,影响输电线路安全稳定运行。并结合实际工作在设计、制造、运维等方面提出了具有建设性的建议。
The anti-dance inter-phase spacer used as a measure to restrain the transmission line dancing has been widely used. But as time passes on,many problems such as the boken of the connecting wire and of wire stocks,and wearing of its fittings occured. This article makes analysis and theoretical argumentation according to two disconnection accidents and defects appeared in the actual operation from aspects such as operating conditions,fracture characteristics and abrasion conditions. Studies show that some anti-dance inter-phase spacers have deficiencies at the design concept,manufacturing technology and operation maintenance. They adversely affects the safe and stable operation of power transmission lines. At the same time,it proposes constructive suggestions at those deficiencies.
