A Study of the Infl uence of Vocational College Graduates′ Career Value on Their Job Hunting Quality

摘要 当今高职院校的就业质量存在就业起薪低、专业对口率低、就业满意度低、离职率高等现象。本文通过系列理论梳理与实践分析,发现高职生的职业价值观是影响就业质量的主导因素。据此提出以社会主义核心价值观引领职业价值观形成、课堂教学构建职业价值体系、实习实践加强职业价值观应用、校园文化转变职业价值观念等一系列措施,以期更好地解决高职生在就业过程中存在的问题,实现高职生高质量就业。 There are many problems in the job-hunting quality of today's vocational college students such as low starting salary, professional mismatch, low job satisfaction, high frequency job changing and so on. In this article, according to a series of theory and practical experience, the author analyzed these problems and found that vocational college students' career values are the dominant factors that affect the quality of job-hunting. Then, the author proposes the solutions to the problems. Firstly, the graduates' career values should be formed in the guidance of core socialist values. Secondly, the graduates' career values system should be improved by the classroom teaching. Thirdly, their career values should be strengthened by job practice and internship. Finally, the campus culture of higher vocational college can change the graduates' career values. The author hopes that all the solutions can better solve the problems and improve the quality of the graduates' job-hunting.
