摘要
研究了不同Schiff碱在CuCl催化体系中对甲醇液相氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯的助催化性。采用失重法、电化学极化曲线法和SEM法,研究了1,10-菲罗啉(Phen)对不同钢材在CuCl/CH3OH/H2O/CO/O2催化体系中的缓蚀作用。实验结果表明,Phen是具备良好助催化性能和缓蚀性能的双功能助催化剂。SEM测试结果表明,在钢的表面上有一层20μm厚的致密吸附膜,抑制了钢材的腐蚀。
The promotional catalytic action and corrosion inhibition effect of Schiff bases in oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate were shown by measures of weight loss,polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy techniques(SEM).1,10-phenanthroline(Phen) was found to be the best bifunctional agent. The conversion of methanol and selectivity of dimethyl carbonate increased by about 160% and 10 4% respectively for reactions carried out under conditions of 120 ℃,2 4 MPa, c (CuCl)= c (1,10-phenanthroline) =0 2 mol/L, р CO / р O 2 =2/1 with or without Phen.The corrosion rate of 1Cr18Ni9 steel in CuCl/Phen/CH 3OH/H 2O/CO/O 2 system was 0 112 mm/a and the inhibition efficiency was about 97%.SEM investigation showed the formation of a 20 μm solid adsorption layer on the surface of the stainless steel,protecting the steel from corrosion under the reaction conditions.
