摘要
针对既有研究对演化维度、中观尺度和中部平原地区关注不足的现实,文章以武汉市为例,依托多时段的截面数据,基于ArcGIS的空间分析技术揭示了乡村聚落空间重构的特征,并从历史格局、自然地形、道路交通和城镇发展四个方面剖析影响机制。研究发现,武汉市乡村聚落空间的剧烈重构受中部崛起战略下的城市大扩张外源动力和新农村建设下村庄的内生性响应双重驱动。虽然聚落用地总量变化不大,但空间分布基于历史格局的重构十分剧烈,先紧凑再迅速破碎化。高程和水体分布等地形因素的影响在道路等基础设施普惠的影响下趋弱。相比一般镇和产业重镇,县城所在城关镇的乡村聚落重构程度更为剧烈。据此,提出了推动中部地区乡村聚落精明收缩的政策建议。
Rapid urbanization leads to transformation of rural villages. As the material form of rural life, rural habitats have also experienced sharp spatial restructuring. How to make the restructuring ordered is an important practical and academic issue. In the context of the insufficient attention to the evolutional dimension, meso-scale and the central plain area, taking Wuhan city as a case and using time-series data, the paper attempts to explore the characteristics of rural habitats restructuring and detect how the historical spatial forms of habitats, natural topography, roads and town system shape the characteristics and their changes. It has been found that the sharp restructuring of Wuhan’s rural habitats is mainly driven by both the urban expansion externally after the proposal of "rise of central China" and internal response of villages under the policy of "new-villages construction". Despite the little change of total land area of rural habitats, the spatial patterns of rural habitats have restructured sharply based on the historically built forms, changing from compactness to rapid fragmentation. The constraints over the spatial restructuring from the topography in terms of altitude and distribution of water bodies have been lightened with the improvement of infrastructure across all the villages. In contrast to remote towns and the towns with promising industries, the towns where the county governments locate have witnessed the much sharper restructuring of their rural habitats. It puts forward policy suggestions to promote the shrinkage of rural habitats.
