摘要
本文自制了复合型SO_4^(2-)/WO_3/ZrO_2固体超强酸,通过单因素实验考察了WO_3负载量、浸渍液H_2SO_4浓度、焙烧温度对固体超强酸制备条件的影响,并通过正交实验确定了适宜的制备条件;采用程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及Hammett指示剂法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,适宜的制备条件为:WO_3负载量20%、浸渍液H_2SO_4浓度1mol/l、焙烧温度550℃,此时固体超强酸比表面积可达239.768m^2/g、酸量可达4.939mmol/g。
A solid superacid catalyst SO_4^(2-)/WO_3/ZrO_2 was prepared,preparation conditions was investigated by single factor experiments which examined the load of WO_3,the soaking liquid concentration of H_2SO_4,calcination temperature,and the appropriate preparation conditions determined by orthogonal experiments;the catalyst were characterized by temperature-programmed desorption(NH_3-TPD), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and Hammett indicator. The results showed that suitable conditions for preparation of solid superacid catalyst: the load of WO_3 is 20%,the soaking liquid concentration of H_2SO_4 is 1mol/l,calcination temperature is 550℃,under this condition,the BET surface area is 239.768m^2/g,the amount of acid is4.939mmol/g.
