散热器横梁拉延成形的仿真与优化 被引量:7

摘要 文章针对某轿车散热器横梁,应用CAE有限元仿真软件AutoForm,首先设计了散热器横梁拉延模面,依据工程经验对拉延模面凹模入口线、补充面高度线、填充边界、压料面大小等进行了调整,并应用一步法求解了散热器拉延模面的初始料片轮廓,为拉延工序提供了试算对象;其次根据初始料片轮廓对散热器横梁做了拉延工序的数值模拟;最后通过调整拉延筋约束力、应用可变拉延筋及对拉延筋定制的过程进行优化,获得了满意的模拟结果。优化模拟结果显示散热器横梁成形充分,无开裂与起皱等成形性问题。 For a car radiator cross beam,the radiator cross beam drawing die surface was first designed by the use of CAE finite element simulation software Auto Form,the die entrance line of drawing die surface,supplementary surface height line,filling boundary,binder size were adjusted based on engineering experience. The initial profile of the radiator drawing die surface was solved by the use of one-step method which provided the trial object for drawing process. Then numerical simulation of drawing process was made according to the initial blank contour of the radiator cross beam. Finally,a satisfying simulation results were obtained through the adjustment of drawbead restraining,the use of variable drawbead,and drawbead customized optimization. The optimization simulation results showed that the forming of the radiator cross beam was full,without crack and wrinkle forming problems.
