摘要
针对现有捡球机转向不够灵活、捡球效率低、适用球类品种单一等问题,笔者设计了全方位运动捡球机。该装置包括传动模块、预捡球模块、传球控制模块、导向传球模块以及辅助单元等5个模块。通过预捡球模块将散落在球场上的球收集到临时储球的预捡平台上,然后通过传球控制模块准确的将球传给导向传球模块,再由导向传球模块将球运送到球框中;通过调节主轴高度,控制所捡球类的大小,从而自适应不同球类,实现捡球、传球、储球整个过程的全自动化。该捡球机结构紧凑、转向灵活、柔性可调、捡球效率高,有较好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problems that the existing ball picking machines were not flexible enough for steering,the efficiency of picking balls was low,and the suitable type of ball was single,a machine for picking balls all-around was designed.The device included five modules:a transmission module,a pre-picking ball module,a pass control module,a guided pass module,and an auxiliary unit.The balls scattered were collected to the pre-loading platform for temporary storage through the pre-picking ball module.Then the balls were passed to the guided pass module through the pass control module.After that,the balls were sent to the box through the guided pass module.The height of the spindle could be adjusted to control the size of the balls picked,so as to adapt to different types of balls to achieve the full automation of the whole process of picking,passing and storing balls.The ball picking machine which had compact structure,flexible steering,flexible adjustment and high efficiency for picking balls had a good application prospect.
