摘要
研究了辐射松改性材用做三层实木复合地板基材的性能。结果表明,脲醛树脂浸渍处理和浸渍-热处理复合改性处理的辐射松木材相关复合地板的性能良好,适合制作三层实木复合地板。所制备的复合地板性能可满足国家标准《GB/T18013-2013实木复合地板》对静曲强度,弹性模量,含水率等指标的要求,复合地板组坯方式对复合地板性能有较大影响,以热处理树脂浸渍材作为面板,树脂浸渍材作为芯板,杨木单板为底板制作的三层实木复合地板物理和力学性能最佳。
In order to solve the shortage of wood multi-layer floor at the cost of high quality timber resources,the fast-growing modified Radiata Pine used for three-layer parquet was studied.It’s shown that Radiant Pine modified by impregnation with urea-formaldehyde resin and resin impregnation-heat treatment have good performance for wood multi-layer floor and are suitable for making three-layer parquet.Its performance meet the requirements of national standard GB/T18013-2013 of wood multi-layer floor for static bending strength,elasticity modulus,moisture content and other indicators.The composite of multi-layer wood floor have great influence on its performance.The physical and mechanical properties of the three-layer parquet are the best,because it takes heat-treated resin impregnated material as the panel,resin impregnated material as core board and poplar veneer as the bottom.
