摘要
目的:了解医学本科生手机成瘾及学业倦怠状况,并探讨自我控制在二者之间的中介作用。方法:采用手机成瘾指数量表、自我控制量表和学业倦怠量表对239名医学本科生进行测量。结果:手机成瘾和自我控制均与学业倦怠呈显著正相关(r=0.348,0.614;P<0.01);手机成瘾和自我控制对学业倦怠有显著预测作用(β=0.335,0.704;P<0.001);自我控制在手机成瘾和学业倦怠间起完全中介作用。与低自我控制能力人群相比,高自我控制人群较少出现手机成瘾导致的学业倦怠(χ~2=29.22,P<0.01)。结论:手机成瘾通过降低个体自我控制能力影响学业倦怠,高自我控制个体能够免于手机成瘾导致的学业倦怠。
Objective:To understand the status of mobile phone addiction and academic burnout among medical undergraduates,and to explore the mediating role of self-control between the two.Methods:Mobile Phone Addiction Index,Self-Control Scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey were used among 239 medical undergraduates.Results:Cell phone addiction and self-control were significantly positively correlated with academic burnout(r=0.348,0.614;P<0.01).Cell phone addiction and self-control had a significant predictive effect on academic burnout(beta=0.335,0.704;P<0.001).Self-control played a complete intermediary role in mobile phone addiction and learning burnout.Compared with low self-control individuals,high self-control individuals were less affected by mobile phone addiction and suffered from academic burnout.Conclusion:Cell phone addiction can influence academic burnout by reducing self-control ability.High self-control individuals can avoid learning burnout caused by cell phone addiction.
