摘要
目的:通过批判性思维能力的培训,使从事临床护理工作的新入职护士具备推理和判断的基础知识、推理和判断能力及自觉运用批判性思维的习惯;增强人文关怀和责任意识,能够独立、规范地为患者提供护理服务。方法:采取理论知识培训和临床实践能力培训相结合的方式。如可采用小组讨论、临床查房、操作示教、情景模拟、个案护理等培训方法。小结:评判性思维是护理人员必备的专业的能力之一,我们应通过有针对性的培训方式,提高新入职护士的评判性思维能力,并在工作中得到应用。
Purpose:Through the critical thinking ability training,make new nurses working in the field of clinical nursing with the basic knowledge of reasoning and judgment,reasoning and judgment ability,and consciously use critical thinking habit;Enhance humanistic care and responsibility consciousness,to be independent,specification to provide nursing care for patients.Methods:combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability training.Can use group discussion,clinical operation,operation teaching,scene simulation,such as case for nursing training methods.Summary:Critical thinking is essential one of the professional ability of nursing staff,we should through targeted training mode,improve the new nurses’ critical thinking ability,and applied at work.
