摘要
目的:探究在心内科临床教学中应用PBL教学法的临床效果。方法:将在我院心内科进行实习的66名实习生随机分成对照组与研究组,对照组采用常规带教方式教学,研究组采用PBL带教法教学。结果:经过临床教学后,研究组理论考核成绩以及实践技能考核成绩均明显比对照组高,且研究组导师总满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在心内科临床教育中应用PBL教学法不仅可以提高实习生理论考核成绩以及实践技能考核成绩,还可以提升导师满意度,效果良好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of PBL teaching in the clinical teaching of cardiology.Methods:66 interns were randomly assigned to the control group and the research group in the department of cardiology in our hospital.The control group was taught in a conventional teaching method,and the team used the PBL teaching method.Result:After clinical teaching,the results of the research group’s theoretical assessment and practice skills were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction of the group’s supervisor was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching method in the clinical education of cardiology can not only improve the performance of the theoretical assessment of the interns,but also improve the satisfaction of the tutor,and the effect is good.
