摘要
This study deals with the issues on the building eco-garden cities in China,including eco-garden city planning and designing,the protection of city water system and wetland as well as the construction of landscape gardening in a resource-saving way.It concludes that the goal is to build the Man-Nature harmonious relationship on the basis of scientific way in the future,toward harmonious coexistence of Human-City-Nature.
1生态园林城市规划问题当前的研究认为,科学地制定规划必须对原有的园林绿地评价指标进行补充,不仅包括一直沿用的"三率"[绿地率%、绿化覆盖率%、人均(公共)绿地面积m2]指标;还包括园林绿地系统结构性指标(各类绿地比率关系%、公共绿地占绿地总量的比重%、居住区绿地占绿地总量的比率%);与此同时,还要对一些体现城市生态环境可持续发展的园林本质属性进行衡量,主要原则包括:①功能原则。即强调必须维护居民身心健康、维护城市自然生态功能。
