摘要
新建应用型本科院校要从实际出发,制定科研发展战略,加强科研队伍建设,完善科研激励机制,强化科研过程管理,开展产学研合作等有效途径,多方位全面提高科研管理水平,充分发挥本科院校在地方经济社会发展中的作用。
It is of great necessity for newly-built application-oriented unversities to improve their management over scientific research and make full use of their advantages in local social economic development by designing ratioanal developmental strategies for scientific research, reinforcing the construction of researching teams,perfecting stimulating systems,strengthening process management and start the cooperation among industry,education and research,etc.
