广西高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 对广西高职院校'双师型'教师队伍建设情况进行调查分析,结果表明,广西高职院校'双师型'教师队伍建设虽然取得了一定成绩,但仍存在'双师型'教师占比低、按专业大类分布不均等一系列问题,难以满足高水平职业院校建设发展的需要,文章据此提出了完善职业教育立法、建立高职院校教师职称系列、提高'双师型'教师待遇等加强高职院校'双师型'教师队伍建设的对策建议。 Some research is done to improve the construction of double qualified teachers team and teaching quality in higher vocational schools.It turns out that some merits have been accomplished in the construction of double qualified teachers team in Guangxi higher vocational schools;but there are also some problems,such as the low proportion of double qualified teacher and uneven distribution of professional categories.It is hard to meet the demands of a high level development of vocational school construction.So this article proposes some suggestions to improve the construction of double qualified teachers team in higher vocational schools,such as consummating vocational education law,building teacher job title series in higher vocational schools,and improving the treatment of double qualified teachers.
