摘要
运用数理统计法、文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对中国和西班牙青少年足球在管理体制、培训观念、后备梯队基本建设现状、联赛设置等方面进行比较研究。力图借助分析中国与西班牙在青少年足球培训体系方面的异同点,找出足球发达国家西班牙青训体系在管理、培训、梯队建设、联赛设置等方面先进的理念、方法与措施,探究中国足球青训体系发展策略,加强青少年培养力度,建设足球强国,促进我国足球的改革发展。
The paper makes a comparative analysis of training ideas,backup echelon construction of basic present situation,the league set,etc of China and Spain juvenile football by applying the method of mathematical statistics,literature,expert interviews and other methods. The paper aims to find the advanced concept,methods and measure of the Spanish youth system on management,training and echelon construction,to explore the development strategy of China's soccer academy system,to strengthen the cultivation and construction of football power,and to promote the reform and development of football in our country with the help of analysis the sinilanities and differences in the juvenile foatball training system of China and Spain.
