摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法、比较研究法,对中国与加拿大冬季运动项目运动员的培养模式进行目标、来源、训练管理、竞赛状况、经费投入等方面的比较研究,将其先进经验与我国冬季运动项目运动员培养实践相结合,为我国冬季项目运动员培养提供一些参考,探索我国冬季运动项目运动员的培养模式.
This paper makes a comparative study on the training mode of Chinese and Canadian winter sports athletes through literature review,interview method and comparative research method,and combines their advanced experience with the training practice of winter athletes in China to provide some training for winter athletes in China Reference,to explore China's winter sports athletes training model.
