摘要
中国大学制度的建立属于"后发外生型"模式,经历了曲折而复杂的探索历程后形成了中国特色的当代大学制度,学生组织受其影响也无不显示特有的形态特征。建立现代大学制度是推动中国高等教育改革的重中之重,作为代表学生权利主体的学生组织,在参与大学治理的过程中首先需要明确其核心精神,进而引领其自身发展及促进大学治理发展。本文重点从大学精神、核心价值与制度形态等方面考察了在当前重要的社会转型期学生组织应具备的核心精神,即:自由理想的追逐、理性文明的承载、平等自治的主张。
The development of Chinese university system,following the later exogenous mode,has gone through a winding and complicated way.Eventually,a contemporary university system with Chinese features has been established.The student organizations are then affected and show unique morphological characteristics.The establishment of modern university system plays the key role in accelerating the higher education reform of China.In the process of participating in university governance,student organizations,as the representation of students’subjectivity of rights,are supposed to firstly make clear their core spirit and then promote the development of their own and that of university governance.From the perspectives of university spirit,core values and system form,this paper explores the core spirit that student organizations are expected to have in the current important social transitional period—the pursue of freedom and dream,the carrying of rationality and civilization as well as the proposition of equality and autonomy.
