摘要
首都信息化的战略口号和奋斗目标是建设“数字北京” ,目的是使城市成为有利于人类生存与可持续发展的空间 ,为政府提供更加有效的、科学的管理与决策。本文主要介绍了遥感等空间信息资源在数字北京总体框架中的地位 ,以及整合并开发北京市空间信息资源达到信息共享。
The goal of 'Digital Beijing 'is to make the city a friendly environment for human beings and a sustainable environment for continue development, as well as to provide government a more effective and scientific tool for administration and decision making. The article primarily describes the overall architecture of Digital Beijing. Meanwhile, it explains the construction of Information Resource Net and Spatial Information in Electronic Government.
