摘要
随着我国经济转型升级、产业结构优化,企业及社会对于应用性、技能型人才的需求越来越大。职业院校作为培养应用性、技能型人才的主阵地,发挥着重要作用。本文以职业院校校企合作模式的优化为研究点,首先阐述研究背景及意义,接着分析职业院校校企合作现状及存在问题。最后针对存在的问题,分别从外部措施、学校与企业三个维度给出具体的优化方案,并探索了校企双方顺利合作的保障机制。
Along with our country economy transformation and upgrading, industrial structure optimization, enterprise and society of growing demand for applied and skiled talents. Vocational coleges as main position of cultivating applied and skiled talents, plays an important role. Based on the optimization of vocational colleges university-enterprise cooperation pattern as the research point, first elaborated the research background and significance, then analyses university-enterprise cooperation current situation and existing problems of vocational colleges. Finally, for the existing problems from external measures, schools and enterprises, the optimized plan for the three dimensions are given specific and explore the safeguard mechanism of the successful cooperation between coleges.
