摘要
辅导员是高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和干部的双重身份。本文以高校辅导员教师身份的内涵为切入点,探讨了高校辅导员教师身份的具体表现,剖析高校辅导员教师身份的强化与辅导员队伍建设的关系,从增强高校辅导员的教师身份认同和推进高校辅导员的教师身份培育两方面提出高校辅导员队伍建设的新路径。
The counselor is an important part of university teachers' team and management team, has the dual identity of teachers and cadres. Based on the connotation of teachers' identity of university counselors as the breakthrough point, discusses the manifestation of college counselor teachers, analyzes the strengthening of the college counselor teacher identity and the relationship between the counselor team construction, from the enhancement of college counselor teacher identity and promote teachers' identity of college counselors to foster a new approach of college counselor team construction is put forward.
