摘要
伴随着市场经济的快速发展,电子商务也随之成为了一个赤手可热的话题。然而电子商务的迅猛发展给人们带来了利益和方便的同时也给知识产权的保护带来了新挑战和新问题。本文从完善立法体系、加强国际交流合作和企业的监督与管理三个方面来浅析电子商务环境下知识产权纠纷的解决方案,为电子商务中的知识产权进行法律保护进一步奠定理论基础。
Along with the rapid development of market economy, the electronic commerce becomes a hot topic. The rapid development of e-commerce has brought interests and convenience to people, but also brought new challenges and new problems of intellectual property rights protection. This article from three aspects perfecting legislation system, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and the supervision and management of the enterprise, analysis of the electronic commerce environment of intellectual property rights dispute solution, to lay the theoretical foundation for the legal protection of intellectual property rights in electronic commerce.
