摘要
地方普通本科高校转型发展已成为当前高校工作的重心,在此背景下,"双师型"教师的培养与发展成为一大热点。但受各方面条件的制约,现阶段本科翻译专业的教师大多缺乏实践技能与经验,具有"双证"与"双能"的"双师型"教师凤毛麟角。本文从发展平台、有效途经、政策支持三个方面来探讨本科翻译专业"双师型"教师发展的对策。
The transformation and development of local ordinary undergraduate colleges has become the focus of all the work of higher education. In this context, it is a hottest issue to train and develop 'double qualification' teachers. But with the limitation of all aspects, college translation teachers are lack of practical experience and skills. The 'double qualification' teachers who have both professional certificate and capacity are very rare. This paper tries to put forward some countermeasures for the development of 'double qualification' teachers in the undergraduate translation major from the perspective of cooperating platforms, effective forms and supporting policies.
