摘要
高校党建工作是高校建设和发展的思想保证,关系到党对高校的领导和高校的办学方向。随着社会的发展和高等教育改革的不断深入,新时期高校党建工作出现了许多新情况、新问题,面临着许多新挑战。因此,在新形势下研究如何保证高校党建工作的质量,如何真正发挥党建工作对高校发展的引领和推动作用,具有很强的现实意义。本文结合自身从事高校党建工作的实践经验和切身感受,总结了目前高校党建工作存在的主要问题和面临的困境,有针对性的提出了相应的解决对策,希望对高校党建工作有所裨益。
