摘要
为顺应现代教育的发展趋势,高校体育教学逐渐朝向开放式体育教学方向发展,使得体育教学变得的更加灵活、开放,能让学生以全新的视角与心态来审视体育,利于提高体育教学质量。为此,本文就高校开放式体育教学改革进行了分析与探究。
In order to adapt to the development trend of modern education, physical education teaching in colleges and universities is progressing towards the direction of open physical education, which makes sports teaching more flexible and open, allowing students to examine sports with a new perspective and mentality, quality. Therefore, this paper analyzes and explores the reform of open physical education in colleges and universities.
