摘要
学生教育管理工作是高校工作的一个重要组成部分,近年来,面对全球政治、经济、教育的新常态,逐渐呈现出自我教育、反思教育及创新教育等新趋势。本文基于高校学生教育管理工作结合数学学科实际,探讨如何将数学学科教育的理念融入于学生教育管理工作中,以提高工作效率、优化工作效果。
Student education management is an important part of the work of colleges and universities, In recent years, facing the new normal state of global politics, economy and education, which gradually presents new trends, such as self-education, reflective education and creative education and so on. Based on the management of College Students' education and the practice of mathematics, this paper discusses how to integrate the idea of mathematics education into the management of students' education so as to improve work efficiency and optimize the effect of work.
