摘要
以郑州图书馆报刊阅览室为例,分析了导致期刊不外借的原因,指出公共图书馆期刊外借的必要性与可行性,提出完善期刊管理制度与简化借阅流程等具体的实施方法,为读者创造良好的借阅环境。
Taking the library reading room of Zhengzhou library as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons that the journal does not borrow, points out the necessity and feasibility of the journal library loan, and puts forward the concrete implementation method such as perfecting the periodical management system and simplifying the borrowing process, For the reader to create a good borrowing environment.
