摘要
目的:探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在乳腺外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选择在广州医科大学附属第一医院乳腺外科实习的52名本科实习生为研究对象,带教老师利用Mini-CEX在实习医学生入科后和出科前各进行一次乳腺专科体格检查的能力评估。结果:经过乳腺专科轮科后,实习生专科体检能力有较大的提高,7个考核项目有5个项目提高具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:Mini-CEX作为一新型客观的考核工具,有助于教师及时发现问题,帮助与提高学生的临床技能。
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and value of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)in clinical practice in breast surgery department.Methods: 52 interns from Guangzhou Medical University were enrolled in the study. Assessment of the ability of tutoring teachers to conduct one physical examination of mammary gland before and after entering the course of medical practice students by means of mini-CEX. Results: After rotation, students' ability of physical examination has been greatly improved. In the test, 5 of 7 items have statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: As a new objective assessment tool, mini-CEX helps teachers find the problem in time, leading the improvement of students' ability of physical examination.
