摘要
我国是历史悠久的多民族国家,人力资源总量丰富且多元,但西部地区少数民族女性人力资源开发远远滞后于中、东部,该问题引起了社会各界广泛关注。本文采用文献研究法,梳理了目前国内外的研究现状。
China is a long-established multi-ethnic country, whose human resources is rich and variety. However, the development of human resources in the western region, especially for ethnic minority female has lagged far behind the development of the central and eastern regions. This problem has aroused widespread concern in the country. In this paper This paper mainly uses the literature research method, and then combine the current research at home and abroad.
