摘要
当前,农村基层党组织工作中形式主义问题日益严重,阻碍了农村的发展,破坏了党在人民群众心中的形象,值得我们警惕。因此,本文通过理解形式主义的哲学概念,归纳基层形式主义的种种表现,对产生形式主义的原因进行探析,论证官本位文化、主观主义、个人主义、功利主义才是问题的根源,为解决问题提供合理化建议。
At present, we should be aware that the increasingly serious formalism in the daily duty blocks the local development and damages the image of CPC among the general public. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the cause of formalism to provide a solution through understanding the p hilosophical concept of formalism, inducting the presence of formalism and analyzing the influence of official standard culture, formalism, subjectivism, individualism, utilitarianism.
