摘要
英语学习动机对于学好大学英语发挥着同样的作用。本文从"结合型动机"与"工具型动机"、"外部动机"与"内部动机"等角度对民办本科高校大学生英语学习动机不足的原因进行了分析并提出了"强化学生对英语学习的认识、构建和谐的英语学习环境、建立合理的英语成绩评价标准"三点激发民办本科高校学生英语学习动机的建议。
English learning motivation plays an equally important role in learning college English well. This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of English learning motivation of private undergraduate students from the perspectives of 'combined motivation' and 'instrumental motivation', 'external motivation' and 'internal motivation'. The paper also puts forward three suggestions on how to strengthen students’ understanding of English learning, construct a harmonious English learning environment, and establish a reasonable evaluation standard for English achievement.
