摘要
办人民满意的学校,首先要让广大学生满意。高职院校进入了改革的深水区,要积极征求师生的意见或建议。没有学生广泛参与的人才培养改革,最终是不切合实际的改革,达不到预期的效果。为了全面、深入、准确地把握当前大学生思想、学习、生活等方面的真实情况,进一步改进大学生思想政治教育的方式方法,加强学生工作的针对性和实效性,不断提升服务学生、成就学生的能力,本文运用先进的网络技术,通过科学严谨的调研方法,对大学生思想动态进行调研分析,总结出大学生颇为关心的事项,提炼出高职院校人才培养亟待需要改进的地方,为高职院校的政策制定与制度改革提供参考依据和经验借鉴。
To run a school that is satisfactory to the people, let the students be satisfied first. Higher vocational colleges have entered the deep water area of reform and should actively seek the opinions or suggestions of teachers and students. The reform of talent training without the extensive participation of students is ultimately impractical and can not achieve the desired results. In order to comprehensively, deeply and accurately grasp the real situation of college students’ thoughts, study, life and so on, further improve the ways and methods of ideological and political education for college students, and strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of students’ work. To constantly improve the ability of serving students and achieving students,this paper applies advanced network technology, through scientific and rigorous research methods, to investigate and analyze the ideological dynamics of college students, and summarizes the matters of concern to college students. This paper abstracts the areas that need to be improved in order to provide reference and experience for the policy formulation and system reform of higher vocational colleges.
