碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与膀胱癌、肾癌及前列腺癌 被引量：3

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在人泌尿系肿瘤及肿瘤细胞株中有表达 ,能影响肿瘤的分化、浸润、生长和肿瘤新生血管的生成 ,存在于膀胱癌、肾癌及前列腺癌患者血、尿、肿瘤组织中 ,与肿瘤的分期、复发、预后有关。
