摘要
我院于1987～1989年以改进的方法治疗脊椎滑脱和峡部不连症17例。内固定采用“U”形棒跨越滑脱椎体上下各二节段作椎板下节段性固定。骶骨椎板用凿开分节方法可获得牢固固定。融合术以植骨融合关节突间关节为主,不需多量植骨。术后病人不用外固定可早期下床。17例中16例获得随访效果优良。
The authors treated 17 cases of sponsylolysthesis or spondylolysis by an improved operative procedure from 1987 to 1989. 'U' shaped rod was used to hold sublaminar fixation two segments above and below slipping vertebra. Sacral lamina was segmented artificially to obtain stable fixation. Bone graft was focused on the facet joints. Patients were allowed ambulatory early after operation :16 patients were able to be evaluated at prelininary follow up. All showed satisfactory recovery.
