摘要
CMTM7作为CMTM超家族的成员,在人体有着广泛的分布,参与调控细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡等生理作用。它在食管、胃、宫颈、乳房、鼻咽和肺的肿瘤细胞中表达水平下调,是一种与癌症的发生、发展及转移有一定联系的潜在抑癌基因。CMTM7蛋白表达在肺腺癌患者中可能发生变化,上调下调都会影响患者预后。当CMTM7被抑制时将会抑制肺癌细胞生存,表现为一个促癌基因。而通过转导上调CMTM7同样抑制肺癌细胞生长,且被发现作为一个抑癌基因参与影响EGFR-PI3K/Akt通路.
CMTM7,as a member of CMTM superfamily,is widely expressed hin the human organism,participating in physiological functions including cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,and apoptosis.Its downregulation in esophageal,gastric,mammary,nasal-pharyngeal and lung cancer cells,suggests that it is a tumor suppressor gene and involved in the tumorigenesis in some way,development,and metastasis.The upregulation or downregulation of CMTM7 protein expression in lung adenocarcinoma affected patients prognosis.The suppression of CMTM7 inhibited the survival of lung cancer cells,as an oncogene;while the upregulation of CMTM7 by transduction will also suppress the proliferation of lung cancer cells,involved in EGFR-PI3 K/Akt pathway as a tumor suppressor gene.
