野生与栽培灵芝挥发油成分的分析 被引量:16

摘要 将野生灵芝和栽培灵芝依次用乙醚、甲醇回流提取 ,对醇、醚提取物用蒸馏法提取挥发油 ,利用GC-MS技术对挥发油进行分析 ,结果表明 :野生灵芝和栽培灵芝挥发油的种类分别为 2 2种和 10种 ;在测得的野生灵芝的 2 2种挥发油中 ,脂肪酸类化合物居多 ,其中含量最高的是十六碳酸 ,占挥发油总量的 5 0 6 8%。 G.lucidum fruitbodies were treated with ether and carbinol by recycling and their volatile oil in the extracts was extracted by SD method.The volatile oil was analyzed by GC-MS and the results indicated that the volatile oil from wild G.lucidum fruitbodies contained 22 components,and the cultured ones contained 10.In the 22 kinds of components,many compositions in the volatile oil were fatty acid compounds,which of the highest compositions was palmitic acid,accounting for 50 68% of the total amount of all the volatile oil.
