摘要
金融边界理论的实质与核心是金融相对于实体经济发展具有约束边界;约束边界具有客观限定性、质与量的规定性、层次性、动态性和模糊性等特征。本文遵循金融产生于、依存于、服务于实体经济的金融与实体经济关系的哲学理念与思想,较为全面而系统地梳理了国内外接近金融边界思想的研究成果;对金融的本质、本源与归宿进行了认真的研究与再认识;全面、深入、系统地揭示和阐述了金融边界的客观性等若干特征;探索性地、尝试性地构建了金融边界理论假说模型;提出了金融边界视角的金融宏观调控与管理的政策建议。在金融发展日益凸显"脱实向虚"的趋势下,金融边界理论对国家坚守"实体经济更实,虚拟经济不虚"之铁律的金融发展战略决策的顶层设计具有借鉴意义。
The essence and core of Financial Boundary Theory is that finance has restrictive boundary compared with the development of real economy;restrictive boundary has such characteristics as objective limit,the provisions of the quality and quantity,hierarchy,dynamics and vagueness.According to the philosophy and thought of the relationship between finance and the real economy,finance originates from,depends on,obeys and serves the real economy.The article,based on this philosophy,comprehensively and systematically reviews the domestic and foreign research findings closed to the financial boundary thoughts;seriously studies and understands the nature,origin and destination of finance;comprehensively,deeply,and systematically reveals and expounds the objectivity of financial boundary and some other characteristics;innovatively and tentatively constructs the hypothesis model of;and puts forward the policy recommendations of financial macro regulation and management from the perspective of financial boundary.In financial development,the trend of 'from real to virtual economy' has become increasingly prominent.The Financial Boundary Theory insists the iron law of 'real economy is more solid;virtual economy is not empty' for the country,which has reference significance for the top-level design of the financial development strategy.
