摘要
上海自贸区的一个重大使命是通过先试先行,探索与政府主导型经济向更高层次的市场化开放经济转型相适应的新制度,以促进经济的可持续发展,并在国际经济秩序的重构中把握新的机遇,拓展更大的国际战略空间。本文将从国家发展战略的内在需要,探索自贸区建设中的金融市场准入、人民币可兑换以及利率、汇率市场化改革等相互关系。
One of the key tasks for Shanghai Free Trade Zone is to explore a new system which is adapted to the transformation from a government-led economy to a higher level of market-based open economy,so as to promote sustainable economic development,grasp new opportunities in the reconstruction of international order,and have broader international strategic space.This paper explores the interrelations between fnancial market access,the convertibility of RMB,and the liberalization of interest rate and exchange rate from internal needs of national development strategies perspective.
