摘要
债券市场是一国资本市场的重要组成部分,在宏观调控、资金配置、价格形成和风险管理中发挥着重要作用。本文从市场流动性入手,对中美债券市场进行了比较,对我国债市流动性的主要影响因素进行了分析,并对我国债券市场发展提出若干建议。
The bond market is one of the most important components of a capital market,playing a crucial role in macro-economic controls,capital allocation,price formation and risk control.This article compares the liquidity in the bond markets in China and the U.S.,analyzes the factors influencing market liquidity and makes several suggestions on how to proceed with market development in China.
