摘要
测绘地理信息档案记录反映了各个时期的自然地理状况、地物空间信息和相关的人文社会信息。全面实现测绘资料档案的信息化管理,既可以提高测绘地理信息档案管理的质量和效率,也可以增强测绘地理信息档案服务的能力和水平。主要介绍了江苏省测绘地理信息档案管理系统设计与实现的主要方法、关键技术。系统采用了C/S架构的开发模式,在测绘地理信息档案数据库的基础上,结合地理信息技术在测绘档案管理中的需求,搭建了五个涵盖所有测绘地理信息档案和档案业务管理的子系统,实现了测绘地理信息档案业务的制度化、流程化和信息化管理。
Surveying and mapping archives record and reflect the natural geography,spatial information of ground objects,as well as corresponding human and social information in various periods.With the comprehensive informatization of surveying archives,the quality and efficiency of management on surveying and mapping files can be enhanced.In addition,it could strengthen the service of surveying and mapping archives either.In this paper,the design,implementation,and key technologies of Surveying and Mapping Files Management System of Jiangsu Province have been introduced.On the fundamental of demands on surveying and mapping database,a C/S architecture has been applied to satisfy the requirements of geographical information technology in the management of surveying and mapping archives.There are five subsystems that cover the entire surveying and mapping archives and their management work.With the help of Surveying and Mapping Files Management System of Jiangsu Province,the institutionalization,streamlining and informatization management of surveying and mapping archives can be accomplished.
