摘要
以轿车万向传动中间轴为研究对象,结合等速万向传动轴承载、失效形式以及静强度和疲劳耐久性要求,提出了一种基于产品-材料-工艺的中间轴热处理工艺强化设计准则和控制参数,用来设计制定毛坯和产品的表面强度和硬度、心部强度和硬度、硬化层深度、残余应力分布、硬度和强度梯度分布等。某轿车等速万向传动中间旋锻空心轴的试验结果表明,耦合材料、工艺和产品特性的中间轴热处理强化工艺设计方法能够充分发挥材料潜能、满足产品设计要求。
Using constant velocity universal intermediate shaft,the design principle and control parameters of heat treatment strengthening were provided,which the loading spectrums,failure modes,static strength requirements and fatigue strength requirements of constant velocity universal driveshaft were comprehensively considered. The control parameters of heat treatment strengthening included surface strength and hardness,core strength and hardness,case depth,residual stress distribution and gradient distribution of strength and hardness. The process and experimental results show that the heat treatment strengthened process of intermediate shafts can be completely satisfied the product requirements when the material,process and product requirements are comprehensively considered.
