摘要
将AZ31镁合铸轧板在350℃热轧,随后在不同的条件下对其进行热处理,观察并研究了不同热处理工艺下AZ31镁合金热轧板的微观组织和力学性能的演变规律。结果表明:AZ31镁合金轧制变形后的微观组织中,部分原始晶粒中有大量互相平行的孪晶,在原始晶界处出现了细小的动态再结晶晶粒;镁合金轧制板材在400℃退火1 h后,平均晶粒尺寸细化至6.3μm,板材的屈服强度与抗拉强度略微下降,伸长率明显提高,达到27.3%,表明合理的退火工艺可以有效地提高镁合金板材的室温塑性。
AZ31 magnesium cast rolled plate was hot rolled at 350℃,and then subjected to heat treatment under different conditions.Microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled sheet of the AZ31 magnesium alloy after different heat treatment were observed and studied.The results show that there are a large number of parallel twins in some primary grains in the microstructure of the AZ31 magnesium alloy after rolling deformation,and fine dynamic recrystallization grains appear at the primary grain boundary.After annealing at 400℃for 1 h,the average grain size of the hot rolled magnesium alloy sheet is refined to 6.3μm,the yield strength and tensile strength of the sheet decrease slightly,and the elongation increases to 27.3%,which shows that reasonable annealing process can effectively improve the plasticity of the magnesium alloy sheet at room temperature.
