摘要
由于矿用刮板输送机处于大煤尘、多潮湿、少风等恶劣环境,使重要结构组件容易受损,故障频率高。因此,为了改善刮板输送机耐用性能,延长结构使用寿命,从机械结构着手探讨了链轮组件和结构组件存在的问题,分别提出了改进措施。通过运用表明,改进的刮板输送机具有强度高、寿命长、容量大、运输能力强等优势。
As the mining scraper conveyor is located in the harsh environment such as large coal dust,humidity and low wind,the important structural components are easily damaged and the failure frequency is high.Therefore,in order to improve the durable performance of scraper conveyor and extend the service life of the structure,the problems of sprocket assembly and structural assembly are discussed from the mechanical structure,and the improvement measures are proposed.The application shows that the improved scraper conveyor has the advantages of high strength,long service life,large capacity and strong transportation capacity.
