摘要
在分析市场营销专业培养学生职业能力必要性和学生职业能力构建的影响因素的基础上,本文从培养目标、课程设计、培养模式、培养质量、考评体系等方面探讨学生职业能力构建措施,从而提高市场营销专业学生就业的竞争力,促进市场营销专业的可持续发展。
This paper analyzed the necessity of cultivating the professional competence of students in marketing major,and pointed out its affecting factors,and proposed the measures from the training objectives,curriculum design,training mode,training quality,evaluation system and other aspects,so as to improve the competitiveness of marketing major students' employment and promote the sustainable development of marketing major.
