悬挂法控制现浇混凝土板负筋保护层厚度的探讨

摘要 控制现浇砼板负筋保护层厚度是砼施工中质量控制的重点,由桂林市七建首创的悬挂法控制钢筋砼板负筋保护层厚度的工法,实践验证是一种简单有效的工法,但有一些工地采用此方法确未能达标。本文对此情况进行分析探讨,总结出了采用此工法在工程实践中易出现的问题及针对这些问题提出一些注意事项。 The pivot of quality controlling in concrete construction is to control the ply of protecting tier which applies in existing moulding board of bearing reinforcing steel bar, the suspension method can be used to control the ply of protecting tier for existing moulding board of bearing reinforcing steel bar, which initiated by the seventh construction firm of Guilin. The project practice is a simple and efficient construction method, but sometimes the method would not achieve the target. Aim for the complexion, the text process to analyse and discuss, simultaneitly the problem which appearing in project practice easily and some advert case which aiming for the status were summarized.
