浅谈电信天翼影像云平台的设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 中国电信天翼云系统与医院PACS影像系统通过前置机建立连接,使中国电信天翼云系统接收医院PACS的影像数据,并通过安全通道将数据上传到云端的影像云系统,实现医院影像系统(PACS)影像数据在中国电信天翼云上的存储。医生可以利用智能移动终端通过互联网访问部署在电信天翼云端的影像云系统,实现影像数据在移动智能设备(手机、平板等)的展现。基于中国电信天翼云存储的医院PACS影像系统纯DICOM格式影像数据,可支持任何PACS厂家用于调用开发。平台包括影像云归档系统、影像云诊断系统、云胶片系统等子系统。平台可以进一步改善医疗服务质量,方便患者就医,对影像检查数据进行互联网应用服务。 China Telecom Tianyi cloud system is connected with the hospital PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems)image system through a front end computer,and receives the image data of the hospital PACS and uploads the data to the image cloud system at the cloud end through a secure channel,to store the image data of hospital PACS image system to China Telecom Tianyi cloud storage.Doctors can use the intelligent mobile terminal to access the image data through the Internet,and display image data in mobile intelligent equipment(mobile phone,tablet and so on).The pure DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)image data of hospital PACS image system stored in China Telecom Tianyi cloud storage can be invoked by any PACS manufacturer.The platform includes image cloud archiving system,image cloud diagnostic system,cloud film system and other subsystems.The platform can further improve the quality of medical services,facilitate patients to see a doctor,and provide Internet application services of image examination data.
