摘要
采用沉降法研究了铝土矿精矿在不同pH值和絮凝剂条件下的沉降行为,研究了阴离子型、非离子型和阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺及阴离子型絮凝剂分子量变化对精矿沉降的影响规律。结果表明,介质pH值在7.0时,分子量为1400万的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺对精矿的絮凝效果最好,最佳的药剂用量为30g/t。
Sedimentation method is used to study the sedimentation behavior of bauxite concentrate at different pH values and flocculants, and the effect law of anionic, non-ionic and cationic polyacrylamide flocculants, and the change in molecular weight of anionic flocculant on concentrate sedimentation. The results show that when the medium pH value is 7.0, anionic polyacrylamide flocculants have the best effect on flocculation results and the best dosage is 30 g/t.
