摘要
由于铁精矿浆体具有高浓度、颗粒粒径分布不均以及浆体组成成分相对复杂等特殊的物理性质,流量的测量和计算在长距离矿浆管道输送过程中一直是行业内难以解决的问题。尤其当浆体在流经弯管道处的流量计算更是复杂。现已有专家对弯管处浆体的流量与弯管压差之间的关系进行了研究,得出弯管压差与铁精矿在流经弯管处的流量具有非常好的线性关系。论文结合国内某知名管道有限公司实时工业数据,初步研究了长距离矿浆管道输送过程中浆体流经弯管道处流量的测量与计算。
Due to the special nature of the physical properties of the pulp slurry,flow measurement and calculation in the transportation process of long distance slurry in the industry is difficult to solve,especially when the slurry flows through the bent pipe flow calculation is even complex.Now slurry pipeline expert studied the relationship between flow and differential pressure between the elbow,and reached the conclusion that elbow pressure and iron ore in flow through the elbow was at a very good linear relationship.Based at a leading domestic pipeline co.,LTD.Pulp conveying capacity measurement mathematical model,apreliminary study of slurry in the process of long distance slurry pipeline transport through the flow measurement and calculation of bend pipe is conducted.
