摘要
本文采用传统粉末冶金方法制备了W0Ni7Fe3合金,重点研究了的合金粉末烧结过程工艺对合金性能的影响。升温至1440℃后钨粉迅速聚合长大,抗拉强度、硬度、密度也随之增加。1440℃烧结时间为30min时烧结坯延伸率最佳。
W0Ni7Fe3 heavy alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy method, the effect of sintering process on properties of alloy was mainly studied in this paper.When the alloy temperature raised 1400℃,tungsten powder poly and grow up rapidly.Hardness,density and strength of alloysimilarly increased also.The best elongation is 4% after sintering at 1440℃ for 0.5 h.
