摘要
立足陆军船艇部队使命任务拓展和运力结构调整需求,着眼船艇部队保障能力的提高,突破现有船艇装备渠道限制,在对必要性、可行性充分论证的基础上,从船艇选型、部署、运用及配套建设等方面,提出一种操作性强、科学合理的海军退役舰艇利用方案,可为改善船艇部队运力结构、提高船艇部队保障能力提供理论和技术支撑。
In order to promote support capacity and break the limitation of existing watercraft equipment,considering army watercraft mission expansion and shipping ability structure demand,the paper firstly fully demonstrates the necessity and feasibility. Then,it puts forward an operational and reasonable plan by utilizing decommissioned naval vessels from vessel selection,deployment,application,and supporting construction,which can provide theoretical and technical basis for improving army shipping ability structure and enhancing the support ability of watercraft.
