煤基替代燃料柴油机高海拔性能试验研究

摘要 为研究高海拔煤基替代燃料柴油机性能,基于内燃机高原环境模拟试验台,对煤基替代燃料(33%煤基燃料+67%-35号柴油)柴油机进行高海拔性能模拟试验。研究煤基替代燃料对柴油机在不同海拔时的动力性、经济性和基于适应性系数的影响规律。结果表明:与-35号柴油相比,煤基替代燃料柴油机低速动力性和经济性随着海拔的增加改善程度更明显,其中,海拔4 500 m时低速转矩提升33.7%、燃油消耗率下降29.8%,中高转速动力性和经济性变化程度不大。煤基替代燃料柴油机高原性能优于-35号柴油,在海拔2 500 m和3 500 m时,煤基替代燃料柴油机的适应性系数较-35号柴油有着明显的改善。 To study the performance of coal-based alternative fuel diesel engine at high altitude,the paper firstly conducts an experiment on coal-based alternative fuel( 33% coal-based fuel + 67%-35 diesel) diesel engine based on high altitude simulation test bed of internal combustion engine. Then,it studies the influence rules of coal-based alternative fuel on dynamic factor,economy,and adaptability coefficient of diesel engine at different altitudes. The result shows that the improvement degree of low-speed dynamic factor and economy of coal-based alternative fuel diesel engine are more obvious than-35 diesel oil with the increase of altitude,among which the low speed torque increases 33. 7% and the fuel consumption rate decreases 29. 8% while at 4 500 m,and medium and high speed dynamic factor and economy change slightly. It indicates that high altitude performance of coal-based alternative fuel diesel engine is better than that of-35 diesel engine,and the adaptability coefficient of coal-based alternative fuel diesel engine improves more obvious than-35 diesel engine at 2 500 m and 3 500 m.
